Nueva Andalucía is a quiet neighborhood just 3 km from Puerto Banús, a marina featuring exclusive shops and an exquisite selection of restaurants. The area is perfect for those who enjoy visiting the bustling and exclusive port of Puerto Banús. Alternatively, you can relax by the pool or simply soak up the sun in the large garden.

Guaranteed warm temperatures year-round, endless hours of sunshine, and a spectacular variety of courses with views of the mountains and the sea make this region a very popular choice for golfers from around the world—and Nueva Andalucía is no exception.

The Nueva Andalucía area is known for its beautiful golf courses. As a result, the region is part of the popular “Costa del Golf.” The house is surrounded by two of the best golf courses in the area: Los Naranjos Capo de Golf and Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, both within walking distance.

Important: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of 350 euros. Please be sure to let us know at least one week before your arrival, as it will take at least 4 days for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
