Lovely and cosy. You can tell it's well maintained.

The only issues were due to Booking.com, not the property or owners, ie. The incorrect address and check out time on their website.

Everything, so peacfull so comfortable, provided essentials. The garden was immaculate and so gorgeous

The house was perfect for us and our grown up children. Lots of space. Beds were so comfortable. We were going to a concert in Cardiff. We drove yo Newport and got the train. Perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately the property did not match the standard advertised. There were clear cleanliness and maintenance issues, including visible dirt, mould in the bathroom, and a shower that was effectively unusable as it constantly switched between scalding hot and freezing cold. The kitchen equipment was old and not properly clean, and the overall condition felt run down. The bedding was poor quality, and other issues such as an unkempt outside area and lack of clear heating instructions made the stay less comfortable. Due to a family bereavement we were unable to relocate, but these issues affected our stay. The property needs improvement to meet expectations.
