The views of the Adriatic Sea and the gorgeous red rooftops were phenomenal. The host was friendly and easy to work with. The place was also just a short distance from Bellevue Beach, the Mt Srd hiking trail and Dubrovnik city walls. I would highly recommend!!!!

We liked everything about this flat - location, private garage parking (even for the family mini-van), host and the actual flat. We never had any problems neither with AC, nor with hot water or with kitchen's tools/kits - all worked fine! The host met us on the street. We were in the constant contact with the host, which was super helpful cause not all navigation system show exact location of the property.
There is a beach in about 10-12 mins walking, but be aware that on the way back you'll have to climb up. It's still ok for kids ~7-9 years.
No elevator. it can be difficult to bring up all the luggage if travelling as a big family.

Great views, large kitchen and 2nd bath is a bonus.
Comfortable for a family with kids.
AC in the living room only, so cooling the bedrooms took some time.
Wish there were some beach towels.

Great location, close to the center, close to the beach, the apartment has air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine and everything you might need. In the kitchen as well.
