If you just want a bed for the night - and dont mind parking in another street, it's fine.

It was a comfortable bed for the night.

On street parking - which we did know about, but you have to park in a nearby street. No tea, no coffee, no hand soap. Hardly any dish washing liquid left. Bath mats need renewing. No dish drying towel. Entrance hallway not very welcoming, municipal area poorly decorated. not very clean - hallway full of leaves that had blown in and hadnt been swept away. Looks uncared-for and grimy. Overall general level of decor is basic - Not expecting a palace but it needs updating.

BUDGET no hasle

Quick booking with a fast response, easy access codes, and a secure building ,there’s even a camera at the entrance door. Inside, the apartment is old but comfortable. Everything was basic and budget-friendly, with no luxury features. The bathroom was spacious, and the lighting worked well. One of the beds was comfortable, the other not so much. The TV didn’t work, but the Wi-Fi was excellent. Large windows made the place bright and very spacious.

There’s a camera at the door that beeps every time you walk by. It made me very curious because I wasn’t sure if someone was actually watching or not. But anyway, I believe the camera is there just for security, since Dundee isn’t such a safe place to live.

Cozy room, perfect stay at Dundee.

The property is big. Lots of rooms. Beyond my expectation. Rooms are neat, equipments are sufficient.

The kitchen is full of Chinese hot pot smell. Though the host kindly came and helped me to open the kitchen window to ventilate the room, it turned out that the window is broken, and we couldn't manage to let go the smell.

Great wee home in a great location, we were dropping our daughter off to start uni and everything we needed was close by, ppl were friendly and would definitely stay again! Thank you to the host!

The cleanliness was really bad in the kitchen and bathroom, inside the cupboards are dirty and the drawers where the cutlery is kept. Round the bath taps in the bathroom was dirty and the brush in the kitchen was gross , thick with grease and dirt, I had to clean everything before I would use it. The hallway was dirty and smelly, oven would not reach a temperature to heat food, it all needs a deep clean as other people have said.

Acceptable, basic place to stay. Wouldn’t stay more than a few nights

Beds were comfortable, grateful for an oven and a bath.

Rubbish in bathroom bin already when we arrived. I couldn’t get a consistent temperature in the shower. Either boiling or cold, or fluctuating in between. Air perfumers in each room. It was too intense upon arrival so had to unplug them and open the windows

Tiny by name but a gemstone in reality

Comfortable beds with spacious rooms. Enough space for us 4 adults to relax and not trample on others' belongings. Fast WiFi and clean rooms. Highly recommended

If I was you, I wouldn’t stay there unless you’re wearing a hazmat suit

It had a lock on the door. With a bolt.

The kitchen was grimy and gross the fridge freezer stunk of rotting carcass. There were no shelf’s no drawers the housing that it sat in was dripping with God knows what detritus . The microwave was dirty the housing that it sat in was absolutely disgusting. There was a pool of grossness underneath the microwave and then all the drawers had fat or God knows what dripping down it. It was really bad .The apartment in general. Was grimy it needs a full strip out redecorate the towels had make up e.g. foundation on them so clearly they had not been washed. The toilet had pubic hairs on at the Mat had urine stains .I had to make sure that I had something on my feet something on my body because I was very scared of catching something. just look at the photos. There is not an opportunity to post all the photos.

It was a last minute booking for one night stay.

Cleanliness. Pillow had blood on it. Curtain hanging off wall. Foul smell inside apartment with diffusers trying to mask it. Two click clack Sofa beds in living room very uncomfortable to sit and sleep on No sheet for sofa bed and no pillows. Shower was terrible. Either freezing or scalding hot. Unable to stand directly under it. The window ledge space in the bathroom was full of filthy plastic flowers etc to hide the mould The area is very run down with drug addicts hanging about outside.

Overall a good stay at a fair price.

Overall a nice wee flat and only 15 mins walk down into town. Everything was fresh, clean and new. The tenement was quiet and the local area fine and we got parking round the corner on the street.

Only thing was the mattress being a bit uncomfortable for us. Everything's new but I'd suggest an upgrade or a topper.

Money grabbers AVOID

It was close to city centre

Place wasn’t clean and furniture damaged. Spoke to hosts about this send pictures of proof. They offered a partial refund if I changed my review. Thought I would give them the Benefit of the doubt but they were just looking for positives reviews that would be false to gain more money from stays at their apartment. Would avoid at all costs.
