The bedding and towels were spotless, communication was decent and there was a nice touch of some shortbread left for me. The bathroom was quite clean and looked recently upgraded. Although the street is on a bus route it was a relatively quiet area
The accommodation was grubby, in the kitchen especially but the lounge soft furnishings need cleaning. There were no forks so I bought a cheap cutlery set at the supermarket to use. Also the heat detector/smoke alarm was missing in the kitchen
