Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on quiet street Helpful staff
Would be nice to have at least one day of coffee/tea supplies. Free baggage storage would be nice too

Location was exceptional and quiet. We could easily walk to lower and upper Quebec City. Highly recommend this place. We were close enough that it was accessible without being too noisy. also liked the rooftop which provided a lovely view.
It could be helpful to have a specific assigned parking spot (versus paid parking) but that may not be possible in Quebec City. We had paid parking, but the lot was full. The contact person offered to refund the paid parking in full and also quickly recommended alternatives. In the end this was not a problem.

Pretty great flat overall. Easy check-in, perfect location, comfortable bed, pretty clean.
Considering the price, there are things that feel a bit meh. Like the door to the bathroom wasn't able to close. Limited space to leave clothes. No laundry detergent was given, nor coffee filters.

Noisy upstairs guests, very clinical, no tea/coffee on arrival, no blankets or anything homely. No instructions on how to operate things. No guide or recommendation for anything in Quebec.
