Spacious modern studio

Quiet, small residential location in the countryside. Ground floor. Very clean. Large, comfy bed. Lovely bedding & soft towels. Ample cooking facilities. Large fan as no AC. Beautiful city of Baden-Baden nearby - by bike or car with lots to see and do, including the Funicular Railway for some great 360° views. We were lucky to visit the free music & food festival too!

Shower floor dangerously slippy. No shower mat, so had to put bath mat on floor. Could not leave large wall to wall window open at night, as blind in the way and thick curtains did not meet. When window fully open, cannot open shower room door!

Great apartment and facilities worked perfectly for us!

The apartment was just for one night but was convenient from where we had been and where we were headed. Apart from the tricky directions our satnav was giving, everything was great about the apartment. Easy parking right out front in the driveway, fantastic shower, huge spray, great pressure. Kitchen and utensils all good, big tv but didn’t use, shutters on windows for complete darkness after covering the TV light, bed very comfortable…very very good property 👍

Everything! Just brilliant! The facilities, cleanliness, comfort, the taught behind every detail. Best sleep I have had in a long time. Very pleased with our stay. Would definitely come back, if I ever get a chance. Highly, highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment. Well appointed, quiet street, close to several restaurants & an easy bus ride to the city. Afzal provided use of the laundry facilities on each of the days we were there & even provided the washing powder & conditioner! Great stay

Apartamento perfecto y buena base para visitar selva negra

La ubicacion para nosotros fue extraordinaria a 10 minutos de baden baden por una carretera que estaba detrás de la urbanización, un 10 por la ubicacion, las camas supercomodas y el apartamento muy coqueto y nuevo, tenía todo lo necesario y muy buena calefacción, ni un solo ruido en la urbanización, ideal para descansar, después de visitar las ciudades, excelente elección tanto para visitar la selva negra como la parte de alsacia, desde esa base, se podía hacer todo con comodidad.Y el aeropuerto a 12 km, lo recomendaría totalmente y volvería a alquilarlo si volviera sin duda, un saludo

Ottimo! Anche per più giorni!

Check-in in qualunque orario perché mi ha dato ottime istruzioni e tutto era perfetto e pronto! Posizione in zona residenziale con auto sotto l’appartamento, camera spaziosa nonostante il terzo letto, cucina con lavastoviglie, ben curato e moderno!

Peccato la doccia non avesse la porta chiusura, tutto moderno e bellissimo, ma bisogna fare molta attenzione per non far uscire troppa acqua verso la porta, consiglio mettere un altro box doccia. Lascerei un po’ di sale, olio e aceto per gli ospiti!

L'appartement sans parking disponible dans une rue ou le stionnement est interdit. Le propriètaire qui est venu à 8h30 du matin nous réveiller pour déplacer la voiture

L’arrangement de l’appartement, assez cosy, c’est sympa… la décoration, la propreté, équipement complet, il ne manquait rien pour se sentir bien et la proximité de la forêt et de la ville

L’ouverture de la porte pour entrer dans l’appartement, serrure difficile et la douche était bouchée.. on a dû nettoyer la grille alors que nous venions d’arriver.. ça n’est pas agréable
