The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk into central Sorrento and 15-20mins walk to the ferry point. Very spacious, host was very helpful over WhatsApp including helping with where we could park. WiFi worked well, we had to work whilst on holiday so this was a big thing for us. Fridge was clean and plenty of items to use in the kitchen cupboards if you were self catering. Most of the time it was quite quiet and easy to sleep - a couple of noisy times with people passing but not something the property managers can help. I like that it was tiled floors throughout - helped keep it cooler in the hot weather - air con was great but tried to not have it on all the time if we could help it.

Really odd - the sheets did not fit the bed. It was like double sized sheets on a king bed- it meant everything ended up in the middle every night : morning which was frustrating. Also although on the surface it seemed clean I think it needs a bit more attention to detail - the white rack in the bathroom doesn’t get moved when the floor is being cleaned and it would seem neither does the floor standing toilet roll holder, the large rad in the bedroom if you just look down the side you can see the layer of dust - a quick flick of a feather duster down there would sort it. The four poster doesn’t often get wiped / dusted. There was a lot of dust in the corners and hairs all over / could be from from the person who last cleaned but it’s just these minor things that would have made a difference. I stayed in Bardolino and Lampedusa along this trip and both of those places were spotless and less cost but in beautiful locations especially Bardolino which is Lake Garda

L'appartamentino è come da foto. Alla fine i 56 euro x il soggiorno erano 55,90 mancavano 10 centesimi( nn avevamo moneta) volevamo fare un bonifico ma ci è stato detto che nn era un problema.

Formiche in bagno e cucina, mancanza di lavatrice e accessori per le pulizie (scopa, paletta, mocio) la vista mare è visibile solo dall'angolo sx del balconcino (stretto e impraticabile) attraverso alcuni tetti. Ci sono grossi problemi per portare i bagagli perché l'immobile è situato in un vicolo dove non si arriva in auto e i parcheggi sono distanti e costosi. Nonostante sapessero l'orario del ns arrivo in tarda mattinata e nonostante l'appartamento fosse libero alle 10, ci è stato consegnato cmq alle 15 (vi assicuro che 5 di ore di pulizie x quel locale sono eccessive e poco credibili). Non esiste contatto con la proprietà se non via whatsapp e a tutti i problemi riscontrati abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte vaghe e senza alcuna soluzione, anzi ci siamo sentiti dire che rifare pulizie e cambio biancheria (almeno 1 volta in una settimana) non è un obbligo e che se viene fatto, è giusto un ripasso, infatti abbiamo trovato casa ( il martedì dopo"il rpasso") con il bagno sporco pavimento idem e polvere ovunque oltre a nessun rimedio alle formiche (possiedo foto, video e tutta la conversazione whatsapp fatta con Naomi di Grecale appartament.) Se si ricevono tali risposte senza aiutare il cliente si deve prevedere che in casa ci siano attrezzi x pulizie, stendi biancheria, lavatrice ....altrimenti l'albergo o il B&B è molto più conveniente e sicuro. Ps: assicuratevi che gli altri appartamenti (specie il piano superiore) abbiano persone civili ed educate i nostri ultimi 2 giorni sono stati poco tranquilli. Consiglio: prima di prenotare fate tutte le domande del caso senza tralasciare nulla....

Location

I was initially nervous about booking since there was only 1 review, but I definitely didn't need to be! The apartment was even better in person than in the pictures (the tile was lovely, high ceilings). Communication was excellent! And thorough instructions were given (including videos) on WhatsApp about how to enter and use the apartment, so it was very simple. The location was perfect, an easy 5-10 minute stroll to the main shopping area past a lovely viewpoint park. And the extra touches on arrival (coffee, cold water in the fridge, breakfast pastries) were very much appreciated after a hot day of travel. The amenities.. AC/Wifi/water pressure in shower were all excellent. We would very happily stay here again. I very highly recommend!

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to use the lights, but once that was sorted out, nothing else to add.
