Nymphaea sea view apartment

Spacious apartment, big rooms, wardrobe in each bedroom for storage, air-conditioning in every room, enough towels and linen, two big balconies, water, coffee, tea, jam, butter, toiletries, garbage bags, etc. provided upon arrival, good communication with the host, free on-street parking. It was quiet during our stay, perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Grocery stores, 2 bakeries, a pharmacy, and doctor's office at the main road through Zipari, some 10 to 15 min walk from the apartment. We had a car for getting around. Kost town is some 15min drive, 10min to Tigaki and Marmari beach, around 30min to Kardamena.

The apartment would benefit from a few updates. The wardrobes in bedrooms could use some refurbishment, as the edge banding on several shelves is peeling in places, giving them a worn appearance. Cotton bed linen would be a welcome upgrade, and it would be great to have a choice of pillows, soft and firm options. The mattresses in both bedrooms were not particularly comfortable and could use replacing. In the kitchen, having more than one good-quality kitchen knife would make meal preparation much more convenient.

It was in a quiet area so on one hand we had a good nights sleep

It was too far to walk to shops and restaurants, us being pensioners. It could have done with oven gloves, a mattress topper as the bed was very hard, we couldn’t lock any of the patio doors and the kettle needs replacing as we had to rinse it every time we made a drink as there was a horrible taste of plastic otherwise and I felt unsafe on the stairs leading to the apartment, we had to climb 3 sets of spiral stairs.
