What an unassuming and great apartment with a massive terrace on both sides that you can suntan or eat on and just totally enjoy with a great view to the mountains and to the sea, the apartment itself is very clean, it has a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed awesome air conditioning nice TV and a very functional kitchen with a living area that also has a sofa bed. Yes there are lots of stairs but the balcony and terrace are so worth it especially seeing the sunset from there and having food and wine up there it was just the perfect location to get to all the beaches in Kos, and down the street you have a winery grocery stores and lots of amenities so you're never far from anything the hosts were so wonderful if we come back to Kos I would definitely stay here again. Euxaristw!

Struttura isolata, pochi rumori. Ampie verande.
Il rooftop si trova all’ultimo piano di una struttura molto poco illuminata di sera. Praticamente, se si arriva quando è gia buio, si fa fatica a trovare la scala per salire all’appartamento. Anche il cartello con il nome della struttura è poco visibile

La struttura è molto carina, ultimo piano di un palazzo con un terrazzo bellissimo e vista spettacolare. Antonia è una persona molto brava , tutti i giorni ci forniva consigli e quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problemino non inerente alla struttura , ci ha supportato subito dandoci ottime soluzioni. Che dire ci siamo sentita a casa.

Good communication with the host and well furnished apartment. It is not at the seaside, but it is ideal if you want to explore the island as we did by driving every day to a different beach. The 360deg balcony is nice to have (but the views are on solar panels, unfinished buildings, the main road and sea far away), wifi powerful and AC good.
It is not a proper apartment but it is a two-rooms block at the rooftop converted into a nice apartment. This has some downsides: around you in a part of the balcony you have solar panels and pipes, walls are thin and thermal isolation is bad (AC needed). Also, be aware that you are in a building where other families are residents and you are most probably the only tourist, be respectful of this or go elsewhere.
