Casa John Kos Apartment

Very well equipped, with easy parking, spotlessly clean spaces, and a fresh, modern aesthetic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two balconies/verandas, a very comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, great lighting and atmosphere, fully equipped laundry and kitchen & a rocking sandwich/toast maker. The welcome treats and fresh fruit were a particularly nice touch.

Everything was excellent overall. Just two points to keep in mind: there is no elevator (flat on the 2nd floor), and if you plan to cook, be aware that smoke/odors may remain for a bit inside the house, as the extractor hood is not yet connected to an external exhaust duct. These are relatively minor points and did not affect our overall experience.

L’accoglienza è’ stata perfetta, madre e figlia che abitano al piano terra, sono stata subito disponibili e davvero gentili! La posizione della casa, e’ ottima per raggiungere un po’ tutto! L’appartamento è’ davvero bello, proprio come nelle foto, ha ogni tipo di comfort, ci hanno anche lasciato qualsiasi cosa potesse servire (saponi vari, cose per la cucina, cose per il bucato etc), come se non bastasse, c’erano cose per la colazione, birre, vino, frutta e verdura, tutto a nostra disposizione! Dovrebbero esserci più posti così! Lo consiglierei a chiunque! Davvero bravi! Grazie di tutto! Pamela e Matteo

We were especially impressed by how much attention had been given to cleanliness — the apartment was spotless. The interior decoration was also beautiful, creating a very warm and stylish atmosphere. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the place special for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to come back again in the future.
