Lokalizacja blisko centrum, może dla młodych to nie przeszkadza, ale słychać duży ruch samochodów, sygnały pojazdów uprzywilejowanych, przez duże okna ładny widok ale niestety nie są dźwiękochłonne, dodatkowo rolety nie załaniają dobrze światła dziennego. Poza tym mieszkanie wyposażone w sztućce, lodówkę, kubki

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, bardzo miły i pomocny człowiek. Duża przestrzeń w apartamencie, kuchnia w miarę możliwości wyposażona w naczynia, przyprawy kawę i herbatę. Poprosiłam o dodatkowe ręczniki i otrzymałam godzinę po telefonie. Przepiękny widok z okna za dnia jak I nocą.
Bardzo gorąco ponieważ bylo to 6 pietro, bez klimatyzacji nie dałoby sie tam funkcjonować. Brak ekspresu do kawy, który został pokazany na zdjęciu oraz niedziałającą pralka. Podłoga nie za bardzo czysta. Minusem bylo również to ze tylko w kuchni mozna bylo otworzyc okno. Jak za taka wysoką cenę spodziewałam sie większego konkretu.
