Apartament nie był dobrze posprzątany, było widać, że posprzątane tylko z grubsza. Okna i lustra były „szare”. Widok nie jest na miasto jak jest opisane w ofercie czy pokazane za zdjęciu w ofercie. Trochę oszukane. Po wymeldowaniu był problem z kluczem, był zostawiony w skrytce ale obsługa nie potrafiła go znaleść, po czym też nie dali znać czy w końcu znaleźli czy nie. Po kontakcie z obsługą - „Co Pani myśli, że pracownik nie potrafi znaleźć klucza w skrzynce”.
