Die Lage, das Personal, die Ausstattung und die Wohnung war komfortabel.
Dass es keinen Lift gibt. Die Koffer sollten einzeln der Treppe hinauf getragen werden.

The property was clean and warm and location was good
Its not luxury living and pretty expensive for what you get - Rain shower doesn't work properly, bedding was cheap BUT any stain are charges 80 euro ets - even though they are poor quality - the charging sheet is insane spoon 15 euros glass 15 euro wine glass 25 euros - all from Ikea - there is also NO NOISE BETWEEN 9PM AND 9AM - not even no loud noise aft 11pm - but street below is so noisy you can't hear the TV - which I think is changed so only plays quiet anyway. There are no basics - salt/pepper/cooking oils and usually you get a nice welcome basket but nothing here - toiletries are cheap also - there are no pictures on wall and it just looks unloved and certainly not luxury living - if it were 30-35% cheaper maybe but top prices for not too much love - there was also a possible charge of 20 euros for towels - but they were also cheap and already bleach stained
