The accommodation, facilities and cleanliness were good for us and was good value for money.

The property was neat and tidy, very clean and recently decorated. All of the furniture, fixtures and fittings were modern and in very good condition. Instructions were clear and informative. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and the property was a perfect size for two adults, a six year old and a six month year old (we took our own travel cot).

The parking situation was a bit stressful as we had to move our car after midday and couldn’t return before 4pm which was quite challenging with two small children. It would have been helpful to have had more accurate information on this aspect and clearer information on the actual location of The Snug in relation to facilities and the local environment.

Good lactation. Just in the town centre.Very close to big Waitrose . Very quick and warm reply from the staff. Clean and big rooms. Good kitchen dinner set and tea set.

Clean but needed better provisions for a “ self catering”

It was very clean and good location

Not enough kitchen stuff , plates, knives forks , only 4 of each No bin bags Basics such as salt pepper / foil , cling film , grater would have been great … who travels with those ? Parking was a pain .. 4 hours in , 4 hours out We’d booked so we could cater for ourselves , we met up with family , not enough cutlery or plates etc when they visited for tea … even a couple of extra plates would have been good . No dishcloth … would’ve been useful

A relaxing stay in a town which is convenient for Gloucester and the Cotswolds

The property is a short walk from the High Street (though perhaps not the most upmarket end of the High Street). Just round the corner is a park. A five-minute walk gets you to an enormous Tesco. It's about a mile to the town centre. All in all, the location is good. The bedrooms are big enough for the double beds, and have adequate storage space. Downstairs is open-plan. It would be a bit crowded with four sitting round the table, but not impossibly so. The kitchen appliances are fine.

The beds and pillows were a bit soft for my taste, but of course that would not apply to everyone. The rules about parking on the street outside the property are explained fairly well on the signs next to the street; the explanation provided by the hosts when I made the booking seemed a little less clear. As long as you keep the parking rules in mind when planning your day's activities, it should be fine.

Our second times of staying in the accommodation. Washing machines were a pleasant surprise from our last stay. Location is perfect,Waitrose supermarket is near. 10 minutes walking distance from Highstreet. Neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Todo excepcional

La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Todo superlimpio, ordenado, ni un sólo ruido ni de día ni de noche... Hay un supermercado Tesco súper grande a sólo 5 minutos caminando. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para poder pasar/disfrutar de unos días en Chentelham y en la zona de los Cotswold.
