Location fabulous, a good spot for exploring the town, beach and nearby countryside. House very light morning and afternoon, nice back yard with table and chairs.
Slightly puzzling arrangement with rubbish collection. Bags were there, but hard to find. Worth noting, steep staircase might be hard for some to manage - and some upstairs ceilings (notably upstairs toilet) quite low, easy to bang head. Upstairs toilet a bit crammed to get in and out of.
