“Friendly staff, but misleading room details”

What I liked: The employee who handed me the apartment was very kind, classy, and extremely friendly. The apartment itself was okay — it was quiet and located in an area that is almost in the city center. It was possible to find a place to park the car on the street, even though there was no private parking for the apartment. Regarding the check-in time, I arrived late but the employee was still welcoming and cooperative. The bedding was clean and everything was fine.

What I didn’t like: Firstly, the air conditioning was not working, which was uncomfortable since the weather was around 33°C. Secondly, the property listing showed that each room accommodates only two people, so we booked two rooms for three guests. But after arrival, we found that each room had multiple beds, so one room would have been enough. This mismatch in the room details made us pay extra for an unnecessary second room. I hope the owner updates the information to reflect the actual capacity.

Great quality for the price

Everything was great, host contacted me via Whatsapp and helped me to find the apartment. She was very polite and helpful. It was a room in a shared flat, everything was clean, kitchen was fully equipped. We reached city center in approximately 10-15 min by foot, train and bus stations are also very close.

The house is close to train station, so there could be some noise from the train tracks, but it didn't really bother me.

Elona è stata gentile fin dall'inizio, condividendoci le indicazioni per raggiungere l'alloggio. Purtroppo, a causa di un ritardo nel nostro viaggio, abbiamo dovuto modificare il check-in. Elona si è comportata ancora una volta con gentilezza e puntualità, assicurandosi che il nostro viaggio continuasse come previsto. L'alloggio è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. Situato vicino a un supermercato e alla stazione ferroviaria, da dove è possibile esplorare la città o raggiungere le località vicine in meno di mezz'ora. È semplice e modesto, ma ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina, la camera da letto e il bagno sono spaziosi, i letti sono comodi e tutto funziona perfettamente. Altamente raccomandato per il rapporto qualità-prezzo/posizione. Se dovessimo tornare a Udine, questo sarà il nostro posto! Grazie.

Zależało nam na noclegu na jedną noc i było ok.

Lokalizacja nam odpowiadała pod względem bliskości dworca kolejowego i supermarketu Aldi. Właścicielka posiada w bliskiej okolicy garaż, gdzie można schować bezpiecznie rowery.

Apartament znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy, a drugiej strony przebiega linia kolejowa i latem, przy otwartym oknie nie da się spać.

Un ventilatore troppo piccolo per una stanza grane, un condizionatore sarebbe stato necessario. Porte della stanza a vetri anni 70, niente privacy e luce fino alle 5 del mattino visto che un altro ospite si è chiuso a chiave in cucina di fronte alla nostra stanza e lì si è addormentato con la luce accesa

Skvělé ubytování kousek od cysklostezky alpe-adria. Za dobrou cenu nabídně přesně to co cyklista na bikepakingu potřebuje. Postel, koupelnu, kuchyni a obchod naproti. Super bylo, že jsem si mohl kolo uzamknout v garáži paní provozovatelky.

La habitación era luminosa y tenía un ventilador.

Al reservar no me apercibí que la hora del check in era después de las 6, y nos complicó un poco. Tuvimos que pagar por la custodia de las mochilas para aprovechar el día.

Struttura e camere molto vecchie con arredi ed infissi di altri tempi Stanze situate all'ultimo piano di un condominio che è senza ascensore Nessuna indicazione chiara per trovar il posto, unico modo è chiamare host Posizione abbastanza tranquilla ma senza un parcheggio proprio Climatizzatore non funzionante e c'era tanto caldo dentro con puzza di chiuso Nessuna privacy nelle camere e neanche nel bagno condiviso perché le porte erano in vetro stampato vecchio Asciugamani troppo piccoli adatti a bambini Anche se rispetto altri b&b di Udine questo è più economico la camera non vale assolutamente quei soldi!
