Pleasant but not overly comfortable due to lack of convenient facilities.

Convenient location for where I needed to visit. Good food. Spacious bathroom.

The restaurant was closed on Tuesdays so no food available for my first night. I had chosen this hotel for the fact there was a restaurant! No tv in the room, no chair and the only plug socket was by the door, not convenient for phone charging! There was also no one at the property when I arrived for my pre arranged check in time. I waited almost an hour wondering if the hotel was actually open. The host was apologetic and very friendly when he did arrive.

It is a spacious, very clean room, nearby high way on route Udine-Trieste/Venice. The owner and the stuff are extremely customer focused and friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, very tasty local food and wine. The breakfast was great. We have also purchased the locally produces wine, which was amazing.We will definitely come back whenever we are on this route through Italy.

We exactly don't know. The owner said, that Booking made the mistake and after 8 hours of driving it was not possible to stay for the night. Even though we booked the night a month ago. At least he sent us to his friend nearby at Agriculture Chi di mio, which I truly recommend. Very clean, spacious, calm place, friendly owner, fine breakfast. Please check twice if your reservation works at this place otherwise you will be disappointed.

Great Stay in a very clean Farmhouse !

Very nice located agriturismo with a view in the vineyards. The owner himself welcomed us and showed us the very clean room. It seems that the whole building was new renovated or build up in the old style, but really high quaility. All windows had new fly-screen. Outside the rooms is a small kitchen where you get a free italian espresso, some vines form the farm and some cookies if you have a snack attack. When we left the farm after 2 nights, we got a nice bottle of white vine form the owner. We will come back, when we will reach this area around Udine again.

I have never been in such a good apartment like this. The room was big enough, well-equipted and clean. The owner was so kind and friendly. It is close to the motorway and Udine too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I wish I could live stay there forever and better know the Fruilli region which has so much to offer

Everything was perfect from late check in to room and cleanliness to abundant breakfast. Very friendly reception. Nearby excellent Trattoria with excellent food and great price. On top the property has big gardens all around with toys for the children to play, and it also has its own vineyards and you can taste one of the best natural wine produced within the property while you keep an eye on the kids. Paradise on earth..!!

Nothing...everything was fabulous....allowed late check out, and the rooms are very large with an excellent air conditioning system. Clean towels and nice bed lining. Very comfortable overall. The owner receives you as his own family.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and cozy rooms. All in all, a lovely agriturismo in the middle of the vineyards and with a nice & very affordable restaurant on the ground flour. Udine can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. We very much enjoyed our short stay here while passing through Friuli! Grazie mille ;)
