Disappointing

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cat hair in the tub. Advertised as sleeping 7 with a sofa bed. However, sofa bed was futon that only had support in middle - thus head and feet down on floor. Unusable and no bedding linens provided. We ended up booking a hotel room to accommodate everyone. Claudine was unresponsive to texts and emails. We asked repeatedly if she provided city tourism cards. The second day (Sunday)she gave us the form and told us to take it to tourism office. All other lodging in Switzerland provided this for us.

Great view with a side of dog and cat hair. Everywhere. Impossible to escape the hair. The place was not clean at all.

The location very nice, good view.

It is not clean. Dog and Cat hair everywhere including the fridge. Even if we cleaned the food for cooking there was so much hair flying around the apartment that it was imposible to eat your food without finding it in your food. Bed, towels, everything was covered in hair.

Not worth the stay atall.

The home was not neat and the beds linen not good and the whole house smelled because of the existence of cats Ana Dogs or because they have been using it. We actually shifted to a hotel close by and glad we made the decision and has a good sleep. Every room had junk in it.

Big and expensive mistake

The view was okay but you can get much better down at the lake with less access issues and less money

The dangerous road access and difficulty of getting luggage up so many flights of stairs to a 1 bed flat with NO aircon Being smack bang on train line at back with resulting noise The price for the Loft apartment terrible value..the other rooms are probably better value Staying for 20 mins and losing our entire amount $A 1424 for 3 nights Offered the owner host reimbursement for the adapter she gave us that we accidentally took..but received no answers to our many texts We got zero assistance from Booking.com.. People refer to this place as a 'hotel' It absolutely is not...its a house with rooms and shared bathrooms..the owner lives in the top flat...

Perfect stay in a beautiful Place in Montreux

Beautiful apartment with a top view of the lake. Claudine is a very nice hostess. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot.

During the hot summer an air conditioning would be perfect. Especially for the beds under the roof.

Excellent fun times in Montreux made even better by Claudine and her loft apartment.

The location had amazing views and was only 5 minutes from the station. The breeze off the lake was sensational. The facilities were excellent. 2 toilets, big bathroom. 2 bedrooms and large kitchen/dining/lounge room. Claudine our host was so helpful and so lovely, she made our stay very welcoming. Claudine even did our washing!!! Her pets Lady, Leia and the tortoise were great as we were missing our pets at home and it was nice to be greeted in the garden. The apartment is next to an excellent pizza restaurant and natural spring water facility. Also local amenities like the supermarket, patisserie, atm etc are 5 minutes away. Also the Main Street along the lake is a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
