VB Bellavista 2BDR Stunning Seaviews

The place was recently renewed and still very well maintained. The view from the balcony is absoultely breathtaking. The kitchen had all the important equipment allowing us to prepare simple meals. For lunch or dinner we could go to one of the restaurants in the neighborhood.

There are some restaurants, and a store in the area, however it is quite far to Benalmadena and moving without a car could be tricky. We tried twice to use the local bus but failed, none has arrived.

Fantastic view to the sea. Extremely clean.

Nothing. It was really perfect.

Noise - The apartment block is old ( probably built 1980s ) and is definitely not sound proofed as stated. We could hear the residents next door and above us until the early hours every night, some nights as late as 4am. We could hear talking, laughing, loud televisions, furniture being dragged, showers, toilets flushing and one night the next door neighbours appeared to be doing DIY in the bathroom at midnight. The noise started again from 6am with people getting ready for work. Unfortunately it ruined our holiday and despite contacting the letting agent, the only advice they gave was to call the police which obviously we were not going to do.
