The location is fantastic, the apartment is located right on the beach, above the restaurant and 2 pools. Balcony has awesome view since it's on the VII floor. The apartment is very well equipped and it's just recently renovated, so everything is new and clean. Host is very responsive, they answered (via Booking messaging) very quickly to all of our questions and requests.
On checkin, it turned out that the lockbox code was different from the one provided in checkin instructions, but the host was very quick with answering so this was solved very quickly.

7th floor, very good veiw to the pool and sea. Apartment owner is so helpful and nice. Heat pump/AC. Own dishwasher and washing machine. Two pools.
