Bardzo miłe i przytulne mieszkanie, w którym jest wszystko aby samodzielnie mieszkać. Na pewno dużym atutem jest czystość i w miarę nowe wykończenie. Największym atutem jest znakomita lokalizacja pod kątem bliskości centrum.
Mieszkanie jest na parterze niskim, okna wychodzą na chodnik podwórka, mieszkanie jest ciemne bo otaczają je inne budynki. Okolica, a głównie wejście jest od parkingu z podwórka, które nie wydaje się ani czyste ani bezpieczne.

Super lokalizacja, świetnie wyposażony apartament (aneks miał wszystko co potrzeba), czysto, cicha lokalizacja, parking, blisko do parku, restauracji
niestety jak przyjechaliśmy mury były wychłodzone, a kaloryfery (gorące) nie dawały rady ogrzać wystarczająco pokoi więc było chłodno (żona jest ciepłolubna, ja nie lubie by było za ciepło a mi też było chłodno), dopiero w dniu wyjazdu (po 3 dniach) w apartamencie było ciepło
