Lokalizacja: 10 min marszu od centrum; wygodny parking, blisko do dyskontów. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wszystko czyste, nowe. Kawa, herbata, cukier i inne przydatne rzeczy. Cały apartament gruntownie odnowiony, sprzęty nowe, wszystko działa jak należy. Dużo miejsca na cztery osoby.
Lokatorzy sąsiedniego budynku niezbyt atrakcyjni, ale problemów nie było.
