Lokalizacja obiektu najlepsza. W samym centrum. Pomieszczenie mieszkalne duże, bardzo dobrze wyposażone we wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty. Aneks kuchenny zapewnia wszelkie potrzeby.
Utrudniona możliwość skomunikowania się z gospodarzem obiektu - nie odbierał telefonu (!). Brak normalnych programów telewizyjnych, Dostępny tylko Netflix. Skomplikowany system zapalania i wygaszania oświetlenia - nie zawsze udawało się wygasić górne światło (drobna rzecz ale jednak).
