    Again and again I stayed in this hotel when I visit yokohama , the staff is so friendly and kinds. They even gave me again upgrades the room and make sure that I feel comfortable to stay here . Thats why I always choose this hotel over and over everytime I came here . The hotel is like second home for me. Definitely will come again to stay here . Thank you so much. I really recommend this hotel for everyone.

    We stayed in Yokohama at the end of our trip to Japan and we were absolutely blown away by the citadines. The hotel is literally next door to the entrance of a train station that connects you all over the city. Guests have access to a shared space on the 7th floor where there is a fully stocked Nespresso coffee machine, teas and also microwaves and toasters so guests can enjoy coffee and food in a larger space outside their room. There is a gym on the same floor which is immaculately maintained as well as a very large laundry room complete with 6 washers and 6 dryers (a very big positive that we were able to wash out clothes whenever we needed with no wait time). When you arrive through the hotel doors, the lobby is equipped with coffee and refreshments and the staff always greet you warmly. The rooms themselves were extremely clean and comfortable and I’d say very spacious considering we had 4xlarge pieces of luggage in our room. Short walk to the port and many many options for food drink and entertainment.
