Excellent house with everything one could possibly need.
Great location in the pretty Severn basin. Quiet estate near enough to the big Tesco to walk there & back. No need for a car but there is a space next to the house.
Close to our event in the Civic. Close to the main high street in Stourport (coded gate on to Mart Lane).
We've booked it many times & hope to every year the event is on.
Easy to find. Keys in lock box.
Spacious house, & very warm & comfy.
Really good kitchen, well stocked, with microwave & toaster & a huge fridge/freezer, & a large dining table. Everything clean.
Huge TVs (didn't need my specs) in 2 living/sitting rooms.
Bathroom facilities fabulous - 3 loos, 1 on each floor (1 on ground floor, 1 in the main bedroom's ensuite shower room, 1 in the upper floor's bathroom). Loads of loo roll. Soap provided. Showers - very good flow. Bath fills quickly. Useful bath & hair products available.
Large comfy double beds, plenty of pillows & extra bedding.
Heating easy to turn on - quick button for an hour's use.
Books & games available in the small ground floor sitting room.
Back door to small private garden to sit out in the sun.
Nothing. All good. Can't fault it. Perfect for our needs.
OK, only that the local council doesn't seem to collect food waste but that's not the house owner's fault.

Very good location, well decorated/furnished and Angela was very attentive.
Velux window in one of the rooms wouldn’t close fully. Minor inconvenience because of the wind.

The location was perfect. The property was lovely and warm and everything catered for.
Instructions on how to use the tv in lounge would have helped. The hot water taps got really hot to touch.
