Delicious breakfast in beautiful guesthouse

This family-run guesthouse is the place to go in Sarande. The nonsmoking rooms are huge amd clean. There are nice balconies to relax. The house is nicely decorated with flowers and pictures, giving it a personal touch. The delicious breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had in 3 weeks if Albania, and it is worth coming here for the breakfast alone. This guesthouse is located at the beach of Sarande (2 minutes walk). As it is in the second row, you only hear tbe street noise slightly (it is the mist quiet you can get in Sarande because there is a heavy-traffic road directly along the beach). The guesthouse has its own parking which is also really important because parking is a nightmare in Sarande. You will need What’s App to communicate with the guesthouse - they will send you instructions, and you can also call if you have questions (response-time is super-fast).

The only reason I didn’t give ten stars is that indeed, the guesthouse is hard to find. The link to the hotel on Google Maps is exactly where it is. However, the road Google Maps shows to get there, doesn’t exist - you are supposed to pass through a building LEFT of Hotel Pirro (see picture). Instead, you have to turn RIGHT before Hotel Pirro (what looks like the hotel‘s parking lot is actually a road which isn’t marked at Google) and then turn left before pizzeria Anchor into what looks like a courtyard entrance but is actually the official road. From there, it is really easy to find.

Great option in Vlorë

The hosts were super nice and attentive, great communication (via google translate), they offered their assistance with our laundry and late check-out, which made it easy on us for the rest of the trip. Breakfast was very rich and fresh.

Great customer service, the owner was super attentive and helped us make this our home for a night.

Shower curtain was non existent so the floor got quite wet, easy to solve as there where enough towels. Only cash payment.

Great location, Super host and the best breakfast with a sea view!

Great location, 1 minute away from the beach! Super Host, he made our life easier and happier. The room was extremelly comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was SUPERB and we took half of it for later. Parking was essential. It’s crowded and difficult to get a place to park in that area, so that was really wonderful.

Amazing stay, would come again

The hotel was really good, I have complaints about it. It is a lovely family owned hotel who take pride in the service they give. The hotel room was good and clean and so was the bathroom. Had AC and wifi which worked well. The breakfast was very pleasant and filling with seaside views. The hotel was located right by the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and money exchange places nearby. There is free parking as well. The owner gave us Halal chicken for breakfast and recommended a lot of halal restaurants nearby. I loved the experience here!

Amazing place! Would definitely return

Room was great and modern, big space and nice big bathroom. Location was amazing- right on the front of the main strip. Restaurants and bars all nearby on that same strip as well as the seafront. Would definitely return!

beautiful new modern guest house with nice view and friendly host

The room was beautiful and looked brand new with a modern design. The view on the beach and boardwalk was nice and the balcony too. breakfast was modest but good and it was served on the rooftop or on my private balcony. The host was so nice and helpful. he made some calls to find out the bus schedule and he drove me to the bus station. Location was great very close to the sea to nice restaurants

Great place to stay when visiting Vlore

The location was right next to the beach promenade with lots of places for dining and activities. It is a lovely family-owned guest house with very friendly staff and newly renovated interiors. The breakfast was tasty and homemade with daily variations. Google maps was a bit confused on finding the place, but the owner contacted me offering instructions.The parking spots in the rest of the city were quite cramped, so it was nice to have a designated parking spot in front of the guest house.

The property is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Vlore. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING so much food. The owners are so nice. They met us when we were lost. Helped carry our bags up the steps. Such an amazing welcoming lovely family.

We had a great time, position was amazing right in front of the main street and the beach with restaurants yet no noise at night which was great! Breakfast was excellent, eggs, fruits, toast, croissants, homemade jam plus the terrace view! Stella and her husband were so helpful and nice! We are definitely coming back!

Newly renovated and very comfortable room for two. Close to the beach boulevard, restaurants and shops, yet a quiet and peaceful spot! Me and my husband got so much help from the hosts Stella and her husband! They are so friendly and made us feel so taken care of during our stay, going above and beyond to make our visit there great!

In 1 kamer stond de douche en wc bijna op elkaar. Hier had meer ruimte tussen gemogen. Bedden (kussens) konden beter.

Super Unterkunft in allen Belangen.

Tolle Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Lungomare. Balkon mit Meersicht, trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig. Entgegen anderslautenden Bewertungen mit Google Maps problemlos zu finden, Haltestelle des Stadtbus ins Zentrum in Fussweite. Extrem liebevolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Tochter spricht perfekt Englisch und hilft bei Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mit Übersetzen. Zimmer gross, komfortabel und äusserst sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Simpel, gute Lage, nette Vermieter

Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut, nur gibt es eine riesige Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus, die ist laut und wirbelt viel Dreck auf

Vlore per se hat uns nicht so gefallen, die Decke war zu dünn, wir hatten Stechmücken im Zimmer, die Hunde haben uns nachts wachcgehalten und die Baustelle am Morgen. Das Zimmer war sehr simpel und ok

Nettes B&B nahe der Seepromenade

Nettes B&B in einer Lage, die nicht leicht einzuschätzen ist. Einerseits muss man sich ins Auto setzen, um die Innenstadt mit ihren (wenigen) Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Andererseits ist man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten im Ausgehviertel an der Seepromenade mit vielen Restaurants aller Preisklassen. Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr gut. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è stato meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo. Siamo stati accolti dal padrone di casa e dalla sua splendida famiglia, persone squisite e disponibili. Sin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa, le camere erano moderne e con tutti i comfort e la colazione in terrazza con una splendida vista sul lungomare di Valona è stata speciale, tutti prodotti buonissimi e fatti in casa da loro. La struttura è ben organizzata, posizione strategica, il tutto è gestito da moglie e marito molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. La colazione è ottima e fatta con tutti prodotti di qualità e fatti in casa. Parlano benissimo italiano

Proche de la mer et des commerces. Tout est propre et les propriétaires adorables !

L’emplacement était parfait pour visiter Vlore. La maison est en léger retrait de la rue principale ce qui évite le bruit. Tout est neuf et propre. Les propriétaires sont adorables et confectionne un petit dej au top sur le rooftop face à la mer.

très appréciable

L’hôtel, qui est une grande maison familiale dans un petit quartier. Il est situé à 5min à pied du front de mer, super pour aller se balader, faire les sorties en bateau et beaucoup de restaurants disponibles. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis étaient très sympathiques. La chambre est correcte avec toutes les commodités et la vue est sympa, on aperçoit la mer. Le matin, le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse de l’étage, c’est un monsieur qui nous a apporté tout ce qui était prévu. C'était très bon et copieu et il nous a proposé des bag pour partir avec le reste.

le paiement s'effectue uniquement en espèce, donc il faut préparer les liquidité (nous avons pu payer avec les euros que nous avions)
