It was great. Reception staff were very friendly.
I felt it could have been better communicated prior to arrival how one gets keys, rather than arriving at the gate to be directed to a different office/reception to the one we arrived at to do the check in. On return, now that we know where to go it will be a breeze.

The resort facilities, location and food was great.
The housekeeping couldve been better but we did some cleaning before her arrival.

Great location
No shower curtain on the first bathroom. Water flooded the floor when bathing. Only seating for 4 people at the counter for meals. No proper lighting outside at night to sit and have meals or braai.
