San Lameer Villa 3506 - 3 Bedroom Standard - 6 pax - San Lameer Rental Agency

I absolutely loved the Villa, 10/10 for the facility on it's own and everything in it.

Absolutely hated how the admin part was handled. I ensured payment was made way before I arrived and expected if anything was amiss (as per my emails confirming all payment has been made + POPs - no balances outstanding) I would have been informed - just like I took my time to mail the property. Instead I spent about 40-45mins at check-in trying to sort out that they couldn't find the balance payment - my kids waiting in the car and no-one called me the week Monday to confirm that indeed my saying payment is all done is actually still not reflecting??? Upon check-out, I spent another 30 minutes again because they still couldn't locate the balance payment. Then I was told I used an incorrect villa number - I'm not sure how when I had responded on same emails as per first payment. So surely if 1st payment could be allocated correctly, then the 2nd one should have also have easily been allocated? I ensured all payment was settled a week prior to arrival because no one wants to spend time on Admin and worrying about money when they are on holiday to break from this... but I found myself doing exactly this for almost 2 hours. Other guests coming in and out easily. It's not a good feeling. Also have had to call to follow up on my balance of my breakage deposit (which also was not mentioned on the booking.com site). no-one responds to emails or calls back. Had to call Nightsbridge to find an alternative number and I am told they will revert with when deposit will be paid... Not good.

Advertised with a dishwasher but no pods available. Bed was broken, reported and was told someone would come have a look but nobody came, beds are small , cockroaches , shower wasn't in proper working order and was in a bad state.
