The location and security
Only found upon arrival that the villa was not going to be cleaned on Sundays and Public Holidays. There is a refundable breakage fee of R1500 payable on arrival which was not communicated during the booking. The villa supplied two toilet rolls upon arrival not refilled during the four nights stay. The checkout at 10h00 is still early if you are to have breakfast.

Die Elektrik müsste verbessert werden. So war z.B. der Elektroherd falsch verkabelt.
