L'accès au logement se fait par un chemin assez sinistre (couloir puis cour intérieure puis escalier vieillot et mal éclairé - pas d'interrupteur en haut pour descendre) mais ô surprise, le logement est clair, propre, neuf, fonctionnel, agréable. L'emplacement des édredons/oreillers aurait pu être mieux indiquée, et j'ai eu du mal à me servir de la TV avec sa box (j'avoue ne pas être très "2.0"). Salle de bains nickel, même si le sol de douche n'est pas assez creux et ça déborde vite. L'état du gobelet ne donnait pas envie de s'en servir. C'est dans un ancien "quartier chaud" paraît-il mais RAS pour moi, et le centre est à deux pas. J'ai appelé l'hôte deux fois qui m'a très rapidement répondu. Reçu un mot très sympa à mon départ.
L'absence d'interrupteur lumière (il me semble) en haut des escaliers n'est pas très rassurant pour descendre.

The location is close to the station and the center and the studio was very quiet. Matteo provided us with all the information we needed to access the room.
The bed is a sofa (that opens to become a bed) so not the most comfortable solution. And although the studio was in general clean I believe the bedding (sheets and pillow cases) hadn't been replaced from the previous guests or not properly cleaned.
