I really appreciated the host’s proactive communication and the clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions. The apartment is in an excellent location, with Sarajevo’s main tourist attractions, tram stops, and plenty of restaurants all within easy reach.
The furniture did not look as new as it appeared in the photos, and some pieces showed clear signs of wear and tear. This did not significantly affect my stay, but the photos had created somewhat different expectations. Also, the handle of the toilet brush was broken. These were minor issues overall, but they are areas that could be improved.

Struttura molto vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Appartamento molto silenzioso anche se freddino.
La struttura, purtroppo, non è quella che si può immaginare osservando le foto. All'interno sono presenti mobili rotti, scheggiati oppure addirittura privi di cassetti. Abbiamo inoltre contato 4 profumatori vuoti (ha senso tenerli se, appunto, non profumano?) sparsi per la sala principale. La camera sottoterra, infine, oltre ad essere freddina, odora di muffa in quanto non sono presenti finestre per areare l'ambiente! Aria condizionata/riscaldamento non funzionante....
