The apartment was amazing, very spacious,had all the amenities,clean, nice view. Comfy bed. Easy walk to the inn for dinner

I did not find any information regarding my breakfast i had to eat out.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. Firstly, the late check-in policy was quite disappointing. Check-in itself starts at 4 PM, which is already later than many accommodations, so charging an additional £50 for arrivals after 8 PM felt unreasonable and unnecessary. It would have been more understandable if there had been clearer flexibility or communication around this policy. Secondly, we were disappointed that our requests were not addressed despite multiple emails and messages sent in advance. After waiting for a response, I eventually had to call myself, only to be told that “you should have informed us sooner” and that nothing could be done. This response came across as quite impolite and dismissive, especially since we had already tried contacting them beforehand.

Location and scenery were perfect for us. The bed linen was clean. The next part of my review will make it sound dreadful, it wasn't, but it wasn't great either. It was adequate for 1 or 2 nights but not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time in.

The room wasn't that clean.it was just about clean enough, but it really was not great. Cooking items needed washing before use, the radiators and extractor fans were covered in dust, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the bathroom was not brilliant. The blinds were hard to fix in place, and the dividing blind by the bed had sections missing, which meant our privacy was compromised as people walked past just outside the window. It was also very, very warm. Even entering the building, it felt like the heating had been on full blast. The info/welcome folder was very limited and highlighted nothing about the area. We couldn't get the TV to work and the sofa wasn't very comfy and the pillows were hard.
