Bonne situation par rapport aux commerces et restos Clarté et superficie de l’appartement, la répartition des pièces qui nous laissait de l’intimité La literie confortable L’ascenseur L’aménagement de la cuisine
Le vis à vis, problème pour entrer la 1ere fois car malgré les infos données par mail et personne ne nous accueillant, il a fallu contacter l’agence (en espagnol/anglais ) pour nous ouvrir ! donc : attente dans la rue pendant une demi-heure …(d’après les voisins ce n’était pas la première fois !) manque d’isolation car on assistait à toutes les conversations des voisins

La posizione è molto buona, vicino al centro e al mare. L'appartamento è carino e comodo, molto spazioso e con un bel balcone.
La pulizia era molto migliorabile. Sembrava che il pavimento non fosse stato pulito da settimane. Non c'è nessun tipo di sapone/shampoo/bagnoschiuma, assicuratevi di procurarvi il necessario per conto vostro. Non è previsto cambio asciugamani.
