Светлая квартира рядом с парком Горького

Провели два замечательных дня семьёй (мы с мужем и два взрослых сына) в самом лучшем городе – Алматы! Квартира чистая, светлая, уютная, со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Локация просто шикарная — рядом зоопарк, знаменитый Зелёный базар и лучшие шашлычные со вкуснейшей бараниной. Отдельная благодарность хозяйке Наталье — очень внимательная, отзывчивая и доброжелательная. Дала отличные рекомендации, куда сходить, что посмотреть и где поесть. Всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Была бы возможность поставить больше звёзд — с удовольствием поставили бы!

The location was convenient, nearer Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate factory. The apartment has a garden and swings that kids can enjoy. It was clean, basic and heating was really good. The owner was really sweet, she sent me the details of check in in advance since we were landing in the middle of the night.

I wish the bathtub was functional.

The apartment was spotless. Location was great, walking distance to large park and to the downtown, while still remaining peaceful and quiet. Nice view of mountains. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. All essentials were included for kitchen and a bathroom. Good place to stay with a family; 2 bedrooms with full comfy beds and large reclinable sofa in the living room were very convenient for a family of 4 adults + a child. There is an enclosed playground our toddler enjoyed. Parking was available outside of the fenced-in yard. There are some grocery stores nearby. The check in process was seamless. We did enjoy our stay.

We were staying during a very hot time of the year and two bedroom did get pretty hot in the afternoon. The air-conditioner was available only in the living room, which helped a bit to bring the temp of the place down, but it would have been great to have more air conditioning. I'm sure it is fine during less hot days or for someone who doesn't mind being on the warmer side when sleeping. The large fan was provided for one of the bedrooms and did help a lot. So yeah, not so much a flaw, but a personal preference.

Clean apartment. Complete with household. Comfortable. Owner is friendly & easy to deal.
