A 5 bedroom villa with pool & amazing sea view!

The villa is really nice, it's like two separate apartments and it suited us perfectly. The location is great, views are amazing, if you have good legs it's a short walk to and from Plakias up/down the hill. About 10min down, 20min up. The pool area is nice and the pool is deep enough and long enough for a good swim. The bathrooms are nice, renovated and good looking. Bbq is good and all the utilities are there. Check innand check out very easy and the service was really good. Bedrooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfy (except one bedroom). A nice villa, but not luxury in any way. Basic big villa with a great pool and lovely views.

There were a shortage of glasses, no wine glasses (we bought some, so now there's at least 5 of them) The dishwasher is bad, it's small (some of the plates dont fit inside it) and the result is bad. Most beds are soft and nice, but one of the upstairs bedrooms has a quite hard bed (the bedroom on the left of the living room). The downstairs apartments door is a bit stuck, or you have to force it open, the lower part hit's the floor tiles, so some adjustment would need to be done. Many lights were out and the led lights were really cold like a hospital... some quality lights would give the villa more of a luxury feel. Kitchen is worn (both of them), cabinet knobs were falling off (fixed a couple of them). So it would need a loving hand and some maintenance.

Good location with a stunning view. It‘s a lot of space and it has a nice swimmingpool-area. Every room is airconditioned. It‘s nice to have three rest-/bathrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs) and five bedrooms (two downstairs, three upstairs). The communication with the host was easy and always helpfull.

The villa is showing its age. Some doors are sticking and won’t open entirely; others won’t close. Unfortunately, nearly every piece of seating is dirty. Some pool beds are broken. The billiards equipment (Queues) is damaged. There’s only one small dishwasher downstairs, but it doesn’t clean the dishes properly. The kitchen equipment is incomplete or partially damaged (pans, bbq-stuff).

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Sehr nette Vermieterin, bei Fragen und Anliegen schnell Erreichbar.
