Location, apartment layout, cleanliness and provided toiletries, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen essentials. The cutting knives were also sharp and included a sharpening steel. Excellent. Dedicated parking space was awesome.
The main bed was so hard as to be unusable. It genuinely would be more comfortable to sleep on the carpet. The mattress was very thick but hard as a wooden board. This was compounded by the fact that other guests or the cleaners had caused the slats of the bed base to all end up at either end of the bed so as to leave a huge gap in the centre. This resulted in the centre of the mattress forming a V shape.
After the first night we found the issue with the slats and fixed it. However the mattress was still rock hard. The slats should really be screwed in place or held by a stapled strap. The mattress simply needs replacing with one designed for normal human beings. I notice from other reviews on Booking.com that we are far from the first people to complain about the bed.
It was so bad that we ended up buying a foam mattress from IKEA just so we could sleep. Added hassle and expense we hadn't counted on.
It was not clear from the description that the parking space was included and dedicated. It would likely sway more people to book if that was clearer.

The location and facilities were amazing. Loved having the kitchen, laundry room, and the small balcony! It was so close to great places to eat and to multiple tram stops.
The beds were a little hard, but it wouldn't keep me from recommending this place to others or coming back again.

It is a lovely apartment and building, and a great location.
The property management company were extremely unhelpful. We were never advised of the unit number of the apartment, and had to frantically call the management company after collecting the keys from the local shop on the day.
They also only provided one key for a family of 3 adults, which is a nuisance given you need a key to access the building/car park etc. We requested an additional set but were denied due to their policy.
Finally, they provided us with no information regarding the building e.g. how to access and locate the pool, where to find the parking space etc
