Fully equipped with quality appliances, it also includes an espresso machine for barista-style coffee at home. A butler’s pantry adds extra storage, keeping the main kitchen uncluttered. After meals, step onto the private balcony with leafy views, an inviting spot for winding down in the evening.
Both bedrooms offer peaceful retreats at the end of the day, each featuring a queen bed with fresh linen, generous clothing storage, and soft lighting. The second bedroom also includes a seating nook, ideal for reading or catching up on emails. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed with a walk-in shower, essential toiletries, and a separate toilet. A private European-style laundry with a washer, dryer, sink, and everyday essentials makes longer stays easy.
Split-system heating and cooling in the living area ensure year-round comfort. Please note that the gas fireplace is not operational.
Accessed via the building’s internal stairwell with four flights, the apartment also includes secure garage parking for one vehicle, making arrivals, departures, and day trips around Melbourne simple and stress-free. There is no lift.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pick up.
