Get out on the water with ease, thanks to a boat ramp, a jet ski ramp, and a boathouse where paddleboards, kayaks, Lily Pads, and life jackets are kept for your use. When you aren't kicking back and hanging out at the house, check out nearby Longhorn Cavern State Park, Legends Golf Course, and numerous local restaurants and wineries.

Inside, the open layout encourages effortless family time. Sit and visit with your loved ones in the comfortable living room while tuning into your favorite TV shows and movies. The extremely well-equipped kitchen is any chef's dream, with its sprawling meal prep space, center island, icemaker, pantry, bar area, and great cookware and serveware.

The second TV room is ideal for the kids' weekend morning cartoons, and each bedroom comes thoughtfully decorated with homey touches and soft linens. Younger guests will love the bunk room. Sizable bathrooms ensure that getting ready each morning comes easily, and the private washer/dryer promises that chore time is the least of your concerns.

In the converted garage, you'll find a giant game room with Ping-Pong, pool, and foosball tables. Paired with the TV and comfortable seating, this space is great for gameday get-togethers.

Head outside and you'll discover the home's true focal point: the stunning lake view yard and balcony space. When evening falls, gather around, watch the sunset over the lake, and reminisce on the sweet memories you've made thus far.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
