Centrally located beyween Caprock and Palo Duro Canyons and Amarillo and Lubbock so it served its purpose. Missing some amenities including cooking utensils (flipping eggs with a scraper), no hot pads, no wash clothes. For the money it was good just be aware and prepared.

Nice cozy spot in Plainview that is quiet, spacious. Owner responsive as needed. Will definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood is a little scary as there are homes that are condemned and overall a little rough looking. The light in the front bedroom didn’t work and we had no interest and no TV the entire stay. There was 1 fork in the drawer for the 5 of us that were booked to stay. It was clean and easy to access, and served the purpose of somewhere to sleep for a quick overnight trip, but I wouldn’t stay for an extended period.
