About this house rental
This clean and simple three-bedroom and two-bath house has new carpet and flooring. Not much extravagance here - just a clean place with new beds, mattresses and linens to get a good night's rest while staying in Lubbock. We do the cleaning ourselves. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and street parking is also available. Plenty of front yard and back yard space for family activities. Please be aware that, due to the Lubbock's 9% County & City Hotel Occupancy Tax not billed when instantly booking, this HOT tax is billed separately. Feel free to send an inquiry if any questions. We needed a last-minute VRBO for our family to stay in Lubbock due to a death in the family. Due to us needing to travel South of Lubbock, we wanted something close to Interstate 27. The house was a clean, nice house and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our Host, Carlos, was very accommodating and thoughtful. He sent a text to make sure we were able to access the house and let us know if we need anything to let him know. His hospitality was greatly appreciated! We will definitely book the house when we return to Lubbock.
