The bright and airy kitchen provides excellent preparation space and a large sink, dishwasher, fully-stocked cabinets, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. Equipped with a gas range and all the appliances, it's ready to prepare your favorite meals or baked treats.
The separate kitchen has a convenient pass-through window to the dining room and bar height counter for hanging out. The dining room features an expandable, Haywood Wakefield table that can seat your entire group.
Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted for a restful night's sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The master and guest bedrooms showcase comfortable king-size beds, smart tvs, ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms, and direct access to the pool area.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Clean, bright, comfortable, well-equipped property in an excellent neighborhood with several good restaurants and a supermarket just 5 minutes drive away Comm and customer support from property managers was exceptional and second to none. Beautiful backyard with nice size pool and adjacent spa. Highly recommend. One of best VRBO experiences of the many we have had at Palm Springs homes.

Sunstruck was a large and beautifully maintained mid-century bungalow. We appreciated the cleanliness, ease of access, infra-red BBQ and views of the mountains.
