The interior of the home was 5 star for the price. The proximity to Palm Canyon was very nice as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. The location on the home is surrounded by multi unit apartments and not in a neighborhood of homes as we were expecting. The exterior yard was tiny, overgrown, worn outdoor furniture that was not inviting to sit down and enjoy. The entire exterior was a dump and not well maintained. Top it off with the complete demolition of the apartment complex going on that shares the back wall with the yard of the Casita and we had 2 days of bulldozers running for 8 hours each day. Definitely not the relaxing desert break we were looking forward to. To sum it up the house/amenities were perfect, the outdoor area needs a lot of work.

The place was so spacious and clean! We had a wonderful time staying here. The host was gracious and accomodating. Check in and out was super smooth and the asynchronous check in was really helpful!

Great stay! Owner was very accommodating, enabling early checkin. Very helpful after a desert drive! Close to downtown action and yet perfectly quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Good property, lots of space interior, nice patio with covered table and grill.
Neighborhood not a family residential type, but older apartment rentals.
