Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.

We are frequent Palm Springs renters and this house delivered in a great way, reminding us why we fall in love with the area each time we visit. Gorgeous lush backyard with good clusters of palms, chirping birds, and treasured mountain views. Pool/spa temps and salt water suited our needs, and several umbrellas and the outdoor shower kept us cool and protected. Indoors, the AC was strong, the tv large, the primary king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, and the place was very clean. Minor nitpicks, depending on one’s priorities…the outdoor loungers are pretty dated and could be more comfortable, same with the indoor couch area. And while the kitchen was pretty well equipped, many of the tools and appliances are pretty dated too (though in truth, nothing that would prevent us from recommending or returning to this home). Plus, the rental company is so responsive and kind. Hospitality is their focus, and we felt it!

First and foremost, the host was incredibly easy to communicate with and also very thoughtful as we were gifted treats for our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy beds. The backyard was a great way to spend mornings, drinking coffee or taking a swim. The overall landscaping of the home was beautiful. We took lots of pictures using it as a background. The house was located near lots of great restaurants and coffee spots, along with a short drive to Targèt or Trader Joe’s. Our family loved this stay so much! 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful house. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely pool & hot tub. The front & backyard both had nice lighting and gas fire pits. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!
