You can walk to the San Clemente Pier in about 10 minutes. Recently renovated with new kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Three dedicated parking spots for your cars on the driveway. Below is a whimsical space that includes a custom bench around a contemporary firepit, hanging chairs and a relaxing 4-person sauna to enjoy the serene surroundings.
Walk directly to the beach trail or the San Clemente pier from the house. Jump on the free trolley around town and to the outlets for more shopping, restaurants, and movie theatres. Short ride to world class surfing beaches like Trestles and San Onofre. The house is supplied with beach towels and beach chairs.
