This house has great bones and can handle a group of eight or nine easily. It was clean, needs reorganizing in the kitchen and need attention to appliances that do not work.The yard needs attention...communication with host was good except she never said that I needed a date change with VRBO corporate until I kept seeing emails with incorrect dates. VRBO did not communicate about me contacting them about the date change the day before we were to arrive.

Views were amazing, home was as described and we had a fantastic time. Would have been nice to know that the park that the parking situation would be complicated and yard down by the boat dock needed to be cut/maintained.
