Prepare to be wowed by the sweeping views at this stunning property, comprised of a main three-story home boasting three-tier decks and a detached two-bedroom guest house that sits above the amazing game room. Kids and adults alike will love playing Ping-Pong, darts, corn hole, and spike ball.
You'll love the convenient location roughly two minutes from Volente Park and near other fantastic attractions, including Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Hippie Hollow Park, Cypress Creek Park (North Side), Bob Wentz Park, Mansfield Dam Park, and more. Downtown Cedar Park is an 11-mile drive away, featuring a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and more attractions.
In the main home, spread out between two living areas on separate floors. The first-floor living area offers a great spot to unwind with comfy furniture in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable. From here, access the extensive deck with a lounge area and a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts while taking in the gorgeous vistas.
Featuring a coveted open layout, the second-floor living area seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining spaces and has access to the elevated deck with an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. There was plenty of room to accommodate our large group. 3 beautiful decks for being outdoors. The water level is really low so you can't see/access the water from this property.

This house was really nice. The view was fantastic! Plenty of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Could use more outdoor furniture to take advantage of the amazing multi-level decks.
The extra guest house was great for our out-of-town family who were recovering from time zone changes. Great privacy for them to sleep in.
One oddity is that the second floor has no bathroom. Not a hugh problem but it did mean a trip up or down stairs.
Some of the furniture could use refurbishing. The seat cushions on some chairs didnt always feel sturdy.
My biggest complaint is that the house is managed by an outside agency, not by the home owner directly thru VRBO. This meant that the cancellation policy was very different and much more restrictive. Just be aware if you think your plans might change.

The Listing on VRBO is misrepresentation of what is rented. I anticipated the rental to be as listed-Use of game room, 5 bedrooms, etc... No where in the VRBO listing that I found it said only the one building but in title says 5 bedroom, game room, etc.. VRBO title "Countryside 3-story home with game room, WFH office & guest house with kitchen" .Did I pay too much for only having 1 building? Not all amenties...I didnt see anything that mentioned individual listings...
