About this house rental
Built in 2021, this modern townhome can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. It is 1 mile away from downtown Asbury Park and the beaches of Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, and Bradley Beach. Most beds are kings and queens for your comfort.
Open concept kitchen/dining room makes it easy to socialize with your group. This is a real home so kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you may need, unlike other empty rental units. Executive work desk with ergonomic chair allows you to get work done if needed. Living room has large sofas for movie night.
First Level: Enter into open concept kitchen/dining room with work desk alcove. High ceilings. Kitchen includes: Keurig coffee maker, french press, ice maker, reverse osmosis water filter, cookware, utensils, service ware, spices, etc. Powder room in the hallway. Closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, umbrella anchors. Living room has two large couches, boardgames, smartTV so you can login and stream.
Second Level: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring oversized shower. Stacked washer and dryer in hallway closet. Full bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms each with a king bed.
Third Level: Large room with queen bed, double bed, desk and armoire.
Outside, there is a small covered porch and lawn. There are two marked dedicated parking spots and additional street parking.

Great location and townhouse.
Very clean and had all the comforts of home for a perfect family get away.
Host was very accommodating to all our questions and complimentary ice pops were a nice treat. Would definitely stay here again.
