I can't possibly say enough about how great this place is! Super clean, comfortable, great location (the street is quiet, but it's 7 minutes to either the beach or Main Street). Kitchen really well equipped, there's laundry... I'm in love

Before I explain some of the issues with this house, I want to preface by saying that I spoke with the landlady about these issues and she gave me a substantial refund to compensate for the house's deficits. I hope she will fix the problems and/or accurately list the property's features. The best features of the house were the side yard and the living/dining room. Here are the issues we presented to her:
1)The property lists 3 bathrooms but only 2 were usable
and the upstairs one had a drain problem in the
shower
2) wooden swing bench outside was broken
3) beds were not very comfortable
4) carpets are dirty
5) kitchen was dirty and very small for a house that
accommodates 12 people.
6) gardeners came at 11 a.m. to mow the lawn while we
were outside in the yard with no regard for our
presence. They did however leave when we asked
them to return later
7) Only 3 beach badges were included for a party of 11.
