The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxury mattress, an electronic massage chair, a 65" smart TV with integrated sound system, a Blue-Ray player, and an Apple TV. Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed, 50" TV, Apple TV, working desk, full bathroom, and amazing views of the Bosque Real Golf course. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, luxury lounge chair, 40" smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, and bathroom.

The large dining room table can seat 8–12 persons, while the living room and separate media room with study/desk and WiFi offer plenty of space for relaxation and work. The kitchen includes a breakfast table for 6-8 people, a large pantry, a dishwasher, a gas stove or oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine at your disposal. Step out onto the balcony with a Weber gas grill and table for 2-3 people, overlooking Interlomas and Santa Fe.
Additional amenities include a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and incredible areas for children with several outdoor playgrounds. If you require anything extra or special, just let us know, and we'll be happy to provide it for you.

Guest access:
As our guest, you will have full access to the entire condo unit, including the 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, media room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, balcony with gas grill, and all amenities such as the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and event areas. The building also has a private elevator with direct access to the condo unit for added privacy and convenience. Additionally, the guests will have access to two free parking spaces.

Other details to note:
Guests have access to free parking for two cars during their stay. Maid services can be arranged for an additional cost if desired. Smoking and drug use are not permitted inside the house. Additionally, no pets are allowed on the premises.

In the event of any maintenance issues, guests should contact the host by phone and report the issue. The host will take care of the necessary repairs. Guests should not attempt to repair anything themselves, as this may result in penalties and higher repair costs.
